Our elegant white party tents can accommodate seating for any number of guests (20-300). Below you will see some sample layouts based on guest count. This will help you visualize and see what you can put under each tent.

Please note that these are just examples not packages. Once you decide to move forward with us we will make you your own custom layout of your tent based upon your specific needs.

How does the rental process work?

Request a Quote
After looking over our sample layouts and photos fill out a contact form. When filling out please include your date, guest count and location to help us send you accurate information.
Speak to a Specialist 
After reviewing your quote feel free to ask our specialist any questions about the items and how to move forward.
Start a Contract
Once you have talked over the details of your rental with a specialist they will write up a contract for you in order to reserve all the items you will need. Once the contract is signed and you have placed a 50% deposit the contract will be finalized.
Edit and Refine
As the details of your wedding become more concrete the contract will be adjusted as necessary.
Delivery and Setup
Our crews will arrive days before the wedding to set up the tent. Full set up of tables and chairs is available also upon request. The crews will return the Monday after to take down.
